Artist Profile
The artist SHOLOKO MOSES was born in 1992 in South Africa, Eastern Cape province. I am a painter, sketch artist and designer. After completing my matric I came to Johannesburg in 2015 to pursue my dreams of becoming an artist and designer as I have love and passion for art and designing.
Objectives
To get my creative juices flowing and make a lucrative endeavor out of them and to derive pleasure from my work as a painter, sketch artist and designer while extending my service to those who need them. My work is inspired by the laws of nature and the forms found in sciences.
Education
January 2016 I started to study Art and Design in Central Johannesburg (TVET) College. I was introguced to so many art techniques to improve my skills. I mostly liked sfumato and chiaroscuro technques as most of my drawings and paintings are based on hyper realistic.
Honors and Awards
My golden break came on the 17 March 2018 during my N6 graduation in Art and Design. I was awarded the certificate of outstanding achievement and principal gold medal for becoming a top student.
Qualifications
As a freelancer I worked with Nemalinda Signage Maintance & Projects company designing the signs for customers, logos and company profile. Worked for Dee`s Training company as a designer for 8 months contract, also worked with Yasien Sarlie Website Design company. I also did plenty of pencil portriates for many customers.
